Our business plan consists of three key strategies:

To provide communications tower sites and space as a commercial off the shelf (COTS) solution for government tenants seeking to install equipment on third party tower facilities.

Turn-key communications tower site acquisition solutions for government tenants seeking premium third party tower space offered at little or no initial outlay of capital, supplies and services.

Diversity in the marketplace through the investment, hiring, partnering and promotion of small and/or diverse providers of supplies, equipment and services that support and cultivate, both the current communications tower infrastructure, as well as the coverage-gap "white space" locations.
Additionally, GCGI invests in small companies and other opportunities which provide integral support to the wireless industry and infrastructure, such as backhaul, site support and maintenance services.
