John Cacomanolis, General Counsel
John Cacomanolis has advised a wide range of both public and private companies with respect to all aspect of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, negotiation and implementation of debt facilities and equity issuances, formation of joint ventures, and investments in strategic partnerships, both in the U.S. and internationally, including the U.K., France, Saudi Arabia and Dubai. He also has extensive experience in all areas of corporate governance, including SEC and NYSE reporting and compliance. Mr. Cacomanolis was formerly Associate General Counsel at Global Signal, Inc., where, in addition to general legal functions, he managed the contractual aspects of the tower acquisition program. Prior to joining Global Signal, Mr. Cacomanolis was with Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, in their New York, Washington D.C. and Jacksonville, FL offices. Mr. Cacomanolis received his JD from New York University School of Law, and is admitted to practice in New York and Florida.
