Eliot Powell, Chief Financial Officer
Eliot Powell recently served as a Managing Director with Venture Investment Associates, a fund of funds platform with a fourteen-year investment history and approximately $1 billion under management. Prior to joining VIA, Eliot was a Portfolio Manager and founding member of the private equity group at JP Morgan Investment Management. While at JP Morgan, Eliot was also co-head of the Emerging Manager investment effort for the JP Morgan investment plans and for certain separate institutional accounts. His previous experience includes managing alternative investments at AT&T Investment Management (AT&T's pension fund) and previously real estate investment banking at Goldman Sachs and LaSalle Partners. Eliot received a B.A. in philosophy from The University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Eliot currently serves on the board of the Center for Private Equity and Entrepreneurship at the Amos Tuck School.
