Christine Shirley, Vice President of Finance and Accounting
Chris is a CPA with 25 years of accounting and finance experience in public accounting and public/private industry. Prior to joining GCGI, Chris was a founding principal of an accounting consulting firm, advising public and private companies in a variety of industries. Previously, Chris served as Vice President and Treasurer of the predecessor to Global Signal, Inc., where she was responsible for all lender compliance and negotiations, tax compliance, and investor relations. Her background includes experience in due dilligence and integration of acquisitions, contracts administration, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, financial modeling and audit. Chris graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
