overview

Grain Communications Group, Inc. (“GCGI”) is a minority owned business with collectively over fifty years of experience in the wireless tower industry. GCGI’s core business plan is to acquire, build, own and operate tower sites specifically developed for federal and state government wireless systems. GCGI was organized and capitalized for the sole purpose of accomplishing this goal.

GCGI was founded by David J. Grain, the former President of Global Signal, Inc. (NYSE – GSL), one of the largest independent wireless communications tower companies in the United States. In January of 2007 Global Signal was acquired by Crown Castle International (NYSE - CCI) for $5.7 billion.

Mr. Grain has reunited key members of his previous management team and is positioning GCGI to be the tower company of choice for government tenants. GCGI is fully capitalized to complete its first phase of strategic development.

In addition to acquiring towers, GCGI makes equity investments in regional tower site developers, and competes for large government contracts to build and operate communications towers. As a certified small and minority owned business, GCGI strives to do business with other small diversified companies that are integral to the communications tower industry. If your company is small, diversified, can add value to our projects and can show exemplary past performance, you are invited and encouraged to contact us at GCGI.
